Contest for new designers
To take part in Lviv Fashion Week please submit the following:
1. A portfolio of your previous works (5-10 units).
2. An application form (filled-out online).

Deadline: 20 June 2010
Designer selection criteria:
- Garment samples from portfolio need to prove that the designer is aware and targets current fashion trends.
- Clothes have to be targeted for commercial use and adapted to mass production with the end user in mind (extreme avant-guard style is undesirable).
- Clothes of the collection must possess excellent quality.
The selection will be exercised by an expert board of Lviv Fashion Week, which consists of designers, art critics and fashion-analysts. The decision will be made before or on 25 June, 2010.
According to conditions of the second stage of competition a designer has to present portfolio photos of future collection (4 units). Please send photos by e-mail to : daria@lvivfashionweek.com
Deadline: 10 August 2010
In case you are selected, you will be obliged to do the following:
- Prepare a collection "spring/summer 2011" consisting of 12 clothes items.
- Pay organizational fee 300 €.
- Pay the fees for models, hairdressers and make-up artists for your show.
In case the selection criteria are not met the organizational committee has right to deny your participation in Lviv Fashion Week.
